What does that mean exactly?
 

We want you the customer, to have a great experience using our site and buying our deals. In all cases we try and describe the product as accurately as possible, but we understand that buying online can sometimes be disappointing, especially when you receive a product that doesn't quite look or perform how you expected it to when you saw it online.
 
So that brings us to the 3Deals Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase you simply return it to us within 30 days and we  credit  you, no questions asked, no explanation necessary! …how easy is that!
 
Our only condition is that the goods are returned in their original condition, along with any packaging, accompanying accessories and instructions and together with the invoice or packing slip accompanying the products.   Please note  the credit will be on the product only and will not include shipping both ways.
 
If the goods are faulty due to manufacturing faults we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy. We will either: (i) replace the product; or (ii) repair the product under the  manufacturers guarantee; (iii) give you a full refund. All 3Deals goods come with a 12 month warranty. Please note manufacturing defects do not include normal wear and tear and any damage caused by accidental or non- accidental damage.
