Is it safe to pay by credit card?
Yes it is safe. We at 3deals use SSL secure credit card software, internationally accepted.

Why do you make the courier require a signature?
This is to ensure that your product is delivered safely and allows us to track the item correctly.

How do I update my account details or change my address?
Login to your account, click on 'my account', click on 'change profile' and you can edit your details here. Dont forget to click 'save changes' at the bottom!

How do you get such amazing deals?
Our policy is to only buy the best deals. We buy from distressed importers and get their prices down and pass the deals onto you. As well as this our buying team in constantly scouring the earth for deals from our data base of hundreds of suppliers. All deals are for new product only.

Ordering limits?
Sometimes we will apply a limit on the quantity you can purchase of 1 deal as we would like as many people as possible to be able to enjoy the great savings we bring. You can purchase different products in the one transaction. We do not do rain-cheques or back-orders, all deals will be on a first in first served basis.

Payments methods?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

How often do you put up new deals?
We will put up at least 3 deals every 24 hours. New deals will appear at 12pm each day. Most often our deals will sell out within this time, we may on occasion replace this with another deal which will run for the remainder of that 24 hour period.

Shipping?
We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses. We will not ship to PO Boxes.

Can you view our site on an iPhone?
The site can be viewed on an iPhone when the phone is used in a horizontal position, similar to that of a computer monitor.
