Returns and Exchange policy
You get some of the best deals you will ever get from us. To achieve this we run on very low margins with minimal overheads. We do not accept returns unless otherwise covered by the consumer guarantees act or the fair trading act. So please choose carefully, if you are not sure don’t buy it, someone else will get the deal of a lifetime and you can wait until next time for the item you really want.
Like returns we do not do exchanges unless we have made an error. We endeavour to get all product descriptions accurate, so in the case of a mistake on our part we will offer a refund or exchange.
Changes to orders
Please check your order before proceeding through the payment process. Once we have received your order we cannot make changes to it; included sizes, quantities or shipping addresses. We also cannot accept exchanges or refunds for this reason. All requests to do this will be refused so please double check your order before completing it.
We also cannot accept any responsibility for non-delivery due to incomplete shipping addresses. Please keep track of your order with the tracking number provided and follow up any delays with Courier Post (0800 COURIER).
Out of Stock
We try to keep our stock accurate at all times, but due to unforeseen circumstances there may be times when we are unable to fulfill your order. In these cases we may not be able to fulfill your order and you will be given a full refund.
Shipping Delays
Shipping normally takes 2-3 working days. However, there will be times due to unforeseen circumstances when we will not be able to meet this target. Please track your parcel through the Courier Post website with the tracking number that you are given.
We cannot accept responsibility for incomplete addresses and non-delivery of items. You will need to contact Courier Post if you are concerned about a delay. Please add a few days to Rural and Lower South Island deliveries. Please note fragrance deliveries can take up to 10 working days.
Warranty policy
All goods sold at 3deals.co.nz come with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. If you have a product purchased from us which has an issue please contact us to discuss the solution. We will repair any defective product under warranty if a manufacturing fault. Damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Products covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge and couriered back to you at our expense. If we cannot repair your product we will replace it with a new one of the same or similar model. In cases where we cannot repair or replace we will issue you a refund.
Exclusion/Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any damage, loss, cost, claim or expense arising out of or relating to

These terms of use do not affect any statutory rights you may have under New Zealand law.
Termination of membership
We reserve the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate your membership if a serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you from other members, if you breach these terms and conditions, if you impersonate another member, or if we, at our sole discretion, deem your behavior to be unacceptable. Members who have registered under multiple aliases will have all their aliases disabled.
