Returns and Exchange policy

You get some of the best deals you will ever get from us. To achieve this we run on very low margins with minimal overheads. We do not accept returns unless otherwise covered by the consumer guarantees act or the fair trading act. So please choose carefully, if you are not sure don’t buy it, someone else will get the deal of a lifetime and you can wait until next time for the item you really want.

Like returns we do not do exchanges unless we have made an error. We endeavour to get all product descriptions accurate, so in the case of a mistake on our part we will offer a refund or exchange.

Warranty policy

All goods sold at 3deals.co.nz come with a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. If you have a product purchased from us which has an issue please contact us to discuss the solution. We will repair any defective product under warranty if a manufacturing fault. Damage caused by misuse or general wear and tear is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Products covered under warranty will be repaired free of charge and couriered back to you at our expense. If we cannot repair your product we will replace it with a new one of the same or similar model. In cases where we cannot repair or replace we will issue you a refund.

Exclusion/Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any damage, loss, cost, claim or expense arising out of or relating to

• Any product or service purchased via this website; or
• Your use of this website; or
• Your use of or reliance on information contained or accessed through this website
• Any breach of your warranties stated in these terms of use.

And to the extent allowed by law we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms of use.

In addition we exclude all other liability we or any of our suppliers, retailers, licensors, related companies, agents, officers, and employees may have to you to the maximum extent permitted by law. This exclusion applies whatever you are claiming for and in whatever way liability might arise if it were not for this clause (including in tort, contract, equity or under statute)..

These terms of use do not affect any statutory rights you may have under New Zealand law.

Termination of membership

We reserve the right to decline to register or to terminate your membership without entering into further discussions with you. Without limiting the foregoing, we may terminate your membership if a serious complaint or multiple complaints are received about you from other members, if you breach these terms and conditions, if you impersonate another member, or if we, at our sole discretion, deem your behavior to be unacceptable. Members who have registered under multiple aliases will have all their aliases disabled.

Chat Room Policy

Our Chat Room provides our customers the ability to discuss our products on the website and also be able to ask us questions about the products.

• You will be able to make comments from 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

• Our helpful staff will monitor all comments and reply if necessary.
• We request that our users refrain from using vulgar words or any comments that may be offensive to another user.
• We reserve the right to remove competitors names, links and edit comments if we deem it necessary.
