Christmas Delivery
All items bought on and before the 20th should be delivered before Christmas. For orders placed after this date we will do our utmost to deliver your order in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas Day. Please note we are also reliant on our courier to deliver these in time for the big day! Once you have received you tracking number please track online with Courier Post. If there are any hold ups please notify us right away so that we can assist you in getting your parcel delivered on time.

Shipping normally takes 3-5 working days and if shipping to the South Island or a Rural address please allow for an extra day or two.
Please add an extra 2 days to the times stated above for any fragrance deliveries, due to the nature of the product they require extra paperwork and processing by Courier Post.
We cannot accept responsibility for incomplete addresses and non-delivery of items. You will need to contact Courier Post if you are concerned about a delay.
Additional shipping charges:
From time to time we will have amazing deals that require additional shipping charges due to their size or weight.
We will clearly note this in the product description page and they will automatically be calculated at the checkout.
